Questions, Answered Plainly

Everything callers ask before booking — minus the hold music.

How quickly can someone come out?

Same-day windows open most weekdays; refrigerators and freezers take the first free slot. UP and Fircrest are minutes away; Gig Harbor runs in half-day blocks; Federal Way comes up the waterfront several days a week.

What will the repair cost?

One written number after the diagnosis at your door, approved by you before any work. We do not publish prices because a fifteen-year-old dryer and a new induction range are not the same job.

Do you repair all brands?

Yes — every major brand and the premium built-ins too. No authorizations claimed; independent know-how and the right parts.

What if the machine is not worth fixing?

You hear it plainly, with the number beside it. We do not sell appliances, so the advice has no thumb on the scale.

Do you clean dryer vents?

When the vent is the cause of the fault, clearing it is part of the repair. Very long runs may be a separate visit; we tell you which.

Do you do installations or house wiring?

No. Inside the appliance is ours; house-side gas, electrical and plumbing belong to licensed trades, and we say so when a fault lives there.

Do you work weekends?

Saturdays, nine to four. Sundays are closed.

What areas do you actually cover?

University Place, Fircrest, North and West Tacoma (98403, 98406, 98407), Gig Harbor and northwest Federal Way (98023). Near the edge? Call — the answer is straight.

Question not on the list?

The phone is faster than any FAQ.
