Ice makers fail in three places: the fill (a valve, a filter, a frozen line), the mold and its heater, and the ejector and sensor arm. On soft Tacoma Water the fill side rarely clogs; on Gig Harbor and Federal Way water it does. Either way the module is the unit of repair — the refrigerator stays where it is.
We also service under-counter and freestanding ice machines in UP and Gig Harbor kitchens and the occasional nugget-ice countertop unit that has become a household favorite. Those have their own pumps, condensers and water systems, and we carry the common parts.
