No ice, small ice, cloudy ice, a jammed bin β ice makers are modules with their own logic, and the fix is usually smaller than the fear.

Ice makers fail in three places: the fill (a valve, a filter, a frozen line), the mold and its heater, and the ejector and sensor arm. On soft Tacoma Water the fill side rarely clogs; on Gig Harbor and Federal Way water it does. Either way the module is the unit of repair β the refrigerator stays where it is.
We also service under-counter and freestanding ice machines in UP and Gig Harbor kitchens and the occasional nugget-ice countertop unit that has become a household favorite. Those have their own pumps, condensers and water systems, and we carry the common parts.
Arm, valve, frozen fill tube, module.
Low fill β filter or valve.
Mineral in the water or a tired filter.
Filter, or an open box of something in the freezer.
Sensor arm or optical sensor.
Condenser, pump, water system.
Describe the machine and the symptom on the phone. We will tell you honestly whether a visit makes sense before you book one.
π Call (425) 494-6646The module is a modest part on most refrigerators; it is almost always worth it.
The common ones, yes. Some models are sealed and not economical to open; we tell you which before scheduling.
Mineral in well and district water. A fresh filter and a valve check usually clear it; sometimes an inline softener for the fridge line is the honest answer.
Call with the make and the symptom β the diagnosis starts on the phone and finishes with a written number at your door.
Phones are answered through the working day; the form is for evenings. Either way you hear back with an actual window, not a range of days.
