Warm fridge, frozen freezer, water on the floor, an ice maker that quit β refrigerators get the first open slot on the schedule, every day.

A warming refrigerator is the emergency of this trade, and it jumps the line on our schedule. Most of them are not compressor failures: defrost sensors and heaters, evaporator and condenser fans, clogged coils, door gaskets and ice-maker modules account for the overwhelming majority of west-side refrigerator calls, and all of them are repairs rather than replacements.
Our route has two refrigerator environments: kitchens on soft Tacoma Water where scale is never the problem, and garages in Gig Harbor and Federal Way where an unheated space and mineral-carrying water make ice makers cloudy and freezers thaw in winter. Coil cleaning is part of every visit; environment is part of every diagnosis.
Defrost fault β sensor, heater or board.
Fans, coils, start relay β compressor last.
Defrost drain or a water-line fitting.
Filter, fill valve, module.
Coils, gasket, condenser fan.
Door seal or defrost system.
Describe the machine and the symptom on the phone. We will tell you honestly whether a visit makes sense before you book one.
π Call (425) 494-6646It takes the first open slot β same day most weekdays, and mornings when you call early.
We put the written number beside the machine's age and condition and tell you honestly. Most refrigerators under fifteen years are worth the repair.
Yes, including Sub-Zero, Thermador and Miele. Some parts arrive next business day; we say so before booking.
Call with the make and the symptom β the diagnosis starts on the phone and finishes with a written number at your door.
Phones are answered through the working day; the form is for evenings. Either way you hear back with an actual window, not a range of days.
